Positive to a fault, N'ola's energy and passion often get the better of her! Though clumsy and scatterbrained, her pedigree and upbringing emphasized beauty to a religious degree, granting her an area of expertise. Obsessed with fashion and maintaining her body, she seeks to prove to the world she can succeed as the ultimate fashionista socialite! Just be careful she doesn't somehow accidentally catch you on fire or trip with you off a waterfall.

N'ola's ongoing story . . .

N'ola Resta was born on an island neighboring Eorzea to a well-off miqo'te clan. Famed for their beauty, the clan had grown cold and pragmatic over the years to compete against their rivals. As such, they created N'ola via careful breeding with the intention of using her to crush competition at beauty pageants and fashion shows. Her family's obsession with proving their superior breeding resulted in a cloistered, strict upbringing with little education beyond fashion and self-care. In her teens she finally became annoyed by this and began communicating with forbidden pen pals based in Eorzea. Once she became a formal adult, she elected to escape her totalitarian clan, flee to Ul'dah, and prove herself. Having no talents other than fashion, beauty, and dance she aimed to start a business tailored to her strengths. But her upbringing left her socially awkward and ill-prepared for the greater world.

Only managing to create a small business for fashion accessories, N'ola mostly made her living from photoshoots and other ad hoc modeling work. When one of her clothing customers went missing, she began asking around to try and help locate them. Rumors spread of nightkin hunting and making-disappear citizens across Eorzea. After a very poor investigation and colorful reading choices, N'ola's relatively simple and innocent mind came to the conclusion monsters had targeted her customers. She slowed her business practices down to train herself as a monster huntress, leaning into her graceful movements as a danger to find a niche in combat.
